cOMPANY HISTORY
Rosso Site Development, Inc is a family owned and operated corporation based in Palm Beach County, Florida. RSD was founded by Joe Rosso II in 2012, with both of his children, Joe Rosso III and Blair Simpson. Prior to 2012, Joe II owned and operated Rosso Paving & Drainage for over 25 years. In 2018, Joe and Blair became partners in RSD. Thanks to our clients and the teamwork, mutual respect and hardwork of our employees, this venture has proven to be a successful legacy for the Rosso family.
Joe Rosso II
Joe Rosso II began his construction career with Rosso Paving in 1984 after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is a licensed Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor. As President of RSD, Joe oversees the overall operations of the company.
Blair Simpson
Blair Simpson serves as the Vice President and Secretary of RSD. Blair graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. She is a licensed Building Contractor, Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor and Paving Contractor. Blair oversees the financial and project management aspects of RSD.
Joe Rosso III, P.E.
Joe Rosso III serves as the Vice President and Treasurer of RSD. Joe III graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. He is a licensed Engineer, licensed General Contractor and licensed Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor. Joe III oversees the field scheduling operations and estimating aspects of RSD.
